About him
I have had a varied career starting out in Accountancy on leaving school and after completing my National Service in the Welsh Guards I joined the then Merthyr Tydfil Constabulary which lasted from 1962 to 1969 when most smaller police forces were amalgamated. The Merthyr Borough Force joined up with Glamorgan, Swansea and Cardiff. I retired in 1989 and have not worked professionally since. Instead it was music that took over my life resulting in me playing electronic organ and keyboards. I then turned to writing and published and edited a music magazine for keyboard enthusiasts for ten years. After the passing of my dear wife on 2016 I have become withdrawn and rarely mix with others. My aim is to complete the landscape of my gardens so I get more use from them on winter.

I suppose my ideal match would be someone who is in reasonably good health and would like to meet up occasionally for dining or day trips etc. I would be open to any suggestions as things of active leisure time have passed me by
