About her
Friends would describe me as gregarious, an able to chat to anyone, larger than life and funny. Never dull. Can usually find the funny side in any situation, like to have a laugh, and sometimes at myself. I am a practising Christian and my faith is important to me, have come to it later in life. I love travelling around finding interesting places to visit, or of historical interest, and love to take photos. I'm in different photography, gardening, history and family history groups. I've traced my family back to 1700's so far, I take a keen interest in what is going on in this country and the world, and have strong views which are great to debate on. I support animal welfare issues, and do love animals, and do have pets. I like quizzes, game shows, puzzles, crosswords, music- all sorts right up to latest music (except modern jazz- which would make my head shortcircuit I think). I like theatre, I read. I have 2 grown up children, and 2 grandchildren who I adore. perhaps I have more in common with the children as I think I have a young nature. I love bright colours, but though I like warm holidays you won't find me sitting on the beach, I want to see everything that's going on. I do use a walking stick so long walks aren't on my agenda, but a cosy ride in the car would do me fine. I am open, honest, reliable and what you see is what you get. I wear my heart on my sleeve.
