My friends would describe me as friendly, caring, funny, kind hearted and understanding. I'm happy, easy going , mingle well in any situation and love to socialise and have a laugh!
I love dancing, singing along to the radio and listening to music. My favourite hobbies are swimming, and walking, and I'm about to try pilates too. It's great to wrap up warm, get out into the English countryside, and experiend the seasons at their best. Favourites are the Lakes, the Peak District and Scotland, but there's so much more that I'd like to explore. I don't watch masses of TV but I love a good documentary, film or drama. I have a good strong friendship group and I love to spend time when I can with my son, daughter and my little grand children who I adore.
I thoroughly enjoy my job working for a charity within the health sector. My aspirations would be to experience more of the world and it's different cultures. It would be amazing to meet a like minded person who is supportive and communicative, and who would share the ups and the downs of life. Although I have had to become independent and am happy in myself, I would love the feeling of being loved and to be in love again. To be with someone I can feel comfortable with and where I can "be myself". To be able to share experiences together, such as theatre, live music, meals out, cooking in and generally to just have fun together and enjoy life to the full!
