I live to find smiles,humour and laughter,in the everyday.
As a Yorkshire woman adrift in Geordie Land the humour has definitely helped lessen the blow.
My two boys who both live abroad are very dear to me and I them.
Walking,gardening and exploring(here and abroad)are my passions but there is always the secret hedonist,pleading to lay on the sofa for hours,with my latest book.
Indoors the usual suspects apply…meditation(well I try),mindfulness(yep that as well),Pilates,bridge,thinking,art,cinema , radio,comedy,baking,oh and meaningless conversations with old friends.
Time alone is my default position but not to the exclusion of a special man.
Oh and I definately don’t do conflict and confrontation(which goes a little way in explaining my default position🙂)
