About her
Despite a happy and content life, there appears to be a space that cannot be filled by family and friends. As I am in the process of relocating to Hampshire to be closer to my family, this may be the right time to explore this option. New beginnings all round?
Life has always been busy and I have been fortunate to have travelled extensively, both for business and pleasure. I’m blessed with age-appropriate good health and the desire to create more great memories. There is peace to be found in the quiet of the countryside, but I am equally drawn to the vibrancy of a city with a heart. Never stop learning and never stop exploring. For many years I have been a member of the National Trust and enjoy spending time outdoors, as well as encouraging and supporting my children and grandchildren in their many sporting activities.
Retirement has proved to be wonderful and I have embraced it wholeheartedly after a demanding career, combined with a hectic family life.

I miss quiet companionship at the breakfast table and the conversation in the car on the way home after a night out. A nod, a smile or a wink that connects us in a crowd.
Little things mean a lot to me and I am a pushover for a bunch of flowers. (Big gestures are also welcome of course!😊 ) If you are an old-fashioned gent, who opens doors and helps me with my coat, that would be and added bonus.
