I guess at our age, we have all experienced some form of loss. I've lost quite a few & have began to realise that.. You need to live life for today. I'm overly caring, do lots for charity which is mostly cooking. I enjoy a bit of keep fit & am often in the pool. I'm never really still. Luckily for me, I'm quite healthy though carrying too many pounds. I love going out, days out, cinema, pubs now they are smoke free & I love dancing! I'm a great cook & love entertaining.
