About him
I enjoy travel, dining and social drinking, but not on my own. I am looking for someone who has similar taste. I do appreciate historical things and art but don't often seek them on my own, I need to share those type of experiences and discuss and learn that way. I have a lovely dog but can't walk her as much as I would like so friends and family often help out. I have quite a few friends but they are all married or otherwise unavailable to go on weekends away or holidays at home and abroad.
I am tall, used to be athletic but have put a few pounds on now (I would not consider myself fat}. I have a good sense of humour and adventure and I want to live life to the full.

My ideal match would be a lady in the 50 to 70 age bracket, I prefer slim but personality is more important than looks. A person that is open to the possibility of love and able to love in return, tactile, humourous and adventurous.
I would like to travel and enjoy the sites, company and conversation of this lady, I have old fashioned values and manners. I still open doors for people and see to their needs before my own and I would like a companion who appreciates that.
I like to read, listen to all kinds of music, go to shows, play cards and board games. TV is low on my list of priorities but do enjoy a good film or drama.
