So…what do you get for your swipe right?
Well, I own neither a pipe nor slippers. Most people guessing my age go under by at least 5. Middle age has lumbered me with a hip replacement so if you like skiing pass me by...doctors orders. But I can still swing from chandeliers if required. Also, knee surgery last year stopping me exercising, and a bit of arthritis that’s a pain as I like long walks. And I’ve put on weight. But I’m getting that off again now. And when I set my mind to something it gets done so the fifteen pack will be down to nine rapidly. Getting to six might be beyond me at 63…
Own teeth, own hair (if you look closely). I do have social anxiety, making me quiet at first in groups can be found in the kitchen at parties. Hate talking on phones. In my case the SA means it helps to see who I’m talking to! Fell out of pram as a baby, probably explaining slight quirks!! On the flip side most first dates say that they can’t believe I thought I was “shy at first”! I think the nerves channel themselves into non-stop waffle…just poke me if you can’t get a word in edgeways
Took early voluntary redundancy from middle management job intending to change careers then went left field and into tournament poker semi-pro for 10 years. Paid the bills, I got to travel and make new friends around world! Since Covid, and pension starting, I don’t play as as seriously but still enjoy occasional trip or game online.
