Old school values with old school charm. Retired military who has seen much of this world (but not a lot of places the State Department would want you to visit!). Trying to revisit parts of the world I loved in the past and explore places I have yet to see. I know you can't know a city in 6 hours (cruises) or a country in 6 days (tours). Prefer to leisurely explore a destination with no specific timetable in mind. Have to give serendipity a chance to work its magic, no?
Currently in Brisbane Australia ready to start trip around the country (to include Tasmania) over the next 6 months (the big lap). Will do side trip to Bali for a couple of weeks in January while in Perth. After? Think I will just keep heading West until...I honestly don't know. Will just have to see where my destiny takes me.
