About her
Wish I could say that I am like a good bottle of red that has improved with age! Instead, I like to think I have kept my shape and body but with perhaps a little sediment.
A passionate lover of the environment I have no need of city lights, just the starlight.
My loves are cooking and recently took up painting.
Not fond of the winter, but come alive in the sun when I can garden, grow vegetables and swim in my pool.
Moved to France in 2000 - best move of my life - I was single, footloose and fancy free and still am.
I'm terribly independent and will tackle most things around the house and garden, though plumbing I'd rather leave to the professionals.
I have a small circle of friends and a larger one of acquaintances. Both French and English speakers. I avoid the latter who moved to France, still can't speak the language and complain about the French way of life!
I drone on about the environment and how we are wasting time setting it on the right path. I want an electric car, but can't afford one right now. I rarely eat red meat and love plant based food.
So, I am opinionated, outspoken and enjoy a good debate!
