About her
My hobbies and interests (and you don't need to share all of these) are;
I enjoy Yoga (Iyengar) dancing and my newest hobby is paddle boarding. I love swimming and messing about in the sea.
I find being creative very relaxing and indulge in knitting, macrame, crochet and bead work/jewellery making. I also enjoy baking and cooking.
I enjoy reading factual books and novels. I like sci fi, crime thrillers. My current books 'on the go' are; The Mermaid of Black Conch, How we eat now, Bee Wilson, The Difficult thing of being Human, Bodhipaska, and Uninhabitable Earth, David Wallace-Wells.
I meditate regularly and this is important to me. I have always been interested in understanding myself and others better. My degree was in psychology. I have also studied NLP, Counselling skills, Colour Light Therapy, Family Constellations and Tantra/Conscious Sexuality.
My day job is with a national charity. Pre-Covid i also worked part time as a life Coach and relationship coach and plan to resume this at some point.
Most of my friends will tell you that I can be quite funny and entertaining. I am also very direct, some might say blunt. I enjoy getting to know people and creating nice times together.
Politically I am left leaning and green leaning. I still like listening to the BBC.
I drink alcohol but only on special occasions - high days and holidays. I'd say about 5 - 10 times a year. Its definitely not a regular thing for me.
I have been for much of my adult life vegetarian. I am still largely plant based but now I eat meat, occasionally. I eat fish too. I am overweight and I enjoy cakes and stuff but my diet is mainly home cooked from scratch and at least 80 - 90% organic.

My ideal match will have an interest in meditation and may meditate regularly, he may also be interested in yoga, dancing 5 Rhythms and outdoor activities. He will certainly enjoy discussing current affairs and the meaning of life, reflecting on who he is and his journey in life. He will probably have been in therapy at some point and will have some awareness of his 'stuff' .
He will most importantly be kind and willing to put the work into making a relationship work. He will be affectionate and enjoy physical intimacy.
