About her
I am friendly, open-minded and have a positive and versatile approach to life. A love of the great outdoors gets me out tramping the mountains and valleys of the beautiful area in which I live which is the Lakes District in Cumbria. I also like to get out on my bicycle and if there is a teashop, cafe or pub enroute or after the ride, then I am a happy lady! I like to read and as I have got older, have gravitated to non-fiction (autobiographies and biographies) as opposed to fiction. I think this is because I am very interested in people and curious about their lives and what they have to say and how their journey has been. I love the architecture of old buildings and houses and enjoy driving, going to the cinema and concerts and listening to music.
I do love to see and hear the sea especially in the drama of a storm.
