About him
I am known for my quick sense of humour. I am kind hearted with time on my hands for someone who has time on theirs and have the ability to remain positive and adaptable to change. I don't mind travelling a distance to meet someone who shows an interest in me. Absolutely love England in the summer but relish going on long haul holidays abroad (including cruises) during the other seasons.
A bit of a cheeky romantic at heart and i would like to think i am also kind, warm, understanding and a good listener as and when required.
I keep myself fit and flexible through aerobic style exercise as well ceroc dance lessons, lawn green bowls and copious amounts of gardening and other DIY. You can forget my age its just a number as i feel and act 20 years younger at all times. ( I need to stay in shape because my Harley weighs in at over 300kg ! )
I Have a very youthful and mischievous outlook on life and my own shortcomings so don't take life too seriously and take each day as it comes.
You need to enjoy being tactile ( i can only do arms length for so long ) have a forgiving nature, and preferably like riding my Harley pillion (although not essential but a Brucie bonus if you are willing to try). It would be great if you also have the time and the financial means to travel far and wide but not essential as i could help make up the difference rather than leave you behind. Would be ideal and i would love it if you shared my sense of mischievous humour. I will always prefer to meet up with you than faff about sending endless messages. I look forward to hearing from you.
P.S. Just had to put my lovely Jack Russell to rest in May as she was 14 and had Ascites. So sad but it was the last act of kindness i could offer her. ❤️

I need a person with a strong personality who is independent and self sufficient like me. A sense of humour is most important so that we can bounce off each other. Easy going rather than intense and with the ability to adapt to quick or short changes to diary appointments and social arrangements.
Would be nice if you would be happy being a pillion on my Harley for ride-outs on sunny days but not a deal breaker by any means as i also have a car. Sorry but if you smoke its a non-starter because i lost my wife to lung cancer and just cannot handle the smell of cigarettes.
