I am a healthy, fit, active woman. I exercise every day using a change-up combination of techniques I have learned along the way. Since retiring from my Alternative Health practice, my days are filled with exercise, mindful walking, hiking, gardening, remodeling 2 houses, preparing healthy Keto meals, community, family, and dealing with whatever is put in my path. And although my passion is hiking and spending as much time in nature as possible, my interests are many, diversified, and constantly growing. I am completely open to any new adventures.
