A generous spirit, Independent, friendly, fit and fun, I enjoy going to the theatre, cinema, eating out, a lovely pub or cafe lunch followed by a riverside walk, or vice versa, would be my ideal day out but just happy being out and about. Love nature and all wildlife (birds being my favourite), sunsets and the night sky. Very much enjoying retirement, I play paddle sports regularly, keeps me fit but more importantly great fun and very social. I have a keen interest in nutrition science and natural remedies and am constantly learning and being inspired, and amazed, by people's healing journeys. Having been a big fan of jazz funk and dance music in my youth (I love to dance but these days it's in my kitchen), my taste in music is now varied. Love spending time with friends and family and see them as much as possible, however I do miss that close connection with a lovely companion.
