I'm lucky, I love my life. I live in a beautiful farmhouse, run my own business, a hobby that became my career. My children are independent but come back to check up on me occasionally. I love socialising with friends and family.
I am an outdoors person, passionate about the environment and wildlife. I manage a business, that enables me to put my passion into practice.
I am calm, caring and not easily upset, organised, patient and understanding. I try to be caring to those around me.
Food and wine are a big thing for me. I enjoy a pint in the pub, cooking at home or going to a restaurant. My work is in wine so that is a passion, and food is the foundation of all social occasions.
I'm never happier than when getting stuck into an interesting conversation, laughter is essential.
I try to keep fit and active - I think I'm in good shape. I enjoying going for walks on weekends, and I have been seen in the gym (though not a favourite place).
I enjoy travelling, preferably away from the tourist routes. I have been to a lot of interesting places, I’m not good at sitting by the pool in the hotel but I’ll do it if I’ve got a really good book or someone I want to be with.
I am looking to reduce work commitments so I have more time to spend on other parts of my life that may have been a bit neglected recently – that elusive work / life balance is hard to achieve.
